The front standard is a brilliant piece of engineering! It rises, swings, shifts and tilts. It was not moving hardly at all, due not having been used for ages. Eventually I got some oil in and the bottom part turned, revealing the screws that allowed for the fork to be pulld out. Cleaned, oiled and lubed with teflon grease.
